Memorial for Dolores E. Reuland

Dorlores Evelyn Holmes Reuland, age 95, was born to Harry and Maude Homes February 2, 1925 in Aurora, IL. She passed away April 30, 2020 in her home at Legacy Village Assisted Living, Bentonville, Arkansas. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Robert Holmes of Cave Springs, AR, one brother Richard Holmes (Christine) of Niagara, WI and several nieces and nephews. She married Robert J. Reuland June 29, 1946, in Aurora, IL where they both grew up. During their 54 year marriage they enjoyed travel, camping, gardening, square dancing and mission work. Robert Proceeded her in death in 2000 as did her oldest daughter, Linda Reuland in 2013. She was also proceeded in death by her mother and father, Maude and Harry Holmes, and two brothers Douglas Holmes and Donald Holmes. Dolores would like to be remembered for her love of music, singing, cooking for family, reading sewing/crafts, birdwatching, dancing and garden roses. The family would like to express their deepest thanks to friends for all their support and prayers and to Dolore’s other family of resident and staff at Legacy Village Assisted living for their loving care of Dolores and numerous acts of kindness.
