Sivert David Erik Rafter, age 58, passed away on 22 September 2019. Sivert passed away at his home in Rogers, Arkansas. Sivert was born April 17, 1961 in Queens, New York. He was always really proud of that fact. Sivert Rafter was a profound speaker, comedian, and father. Sivert enjoyed music, playing pool, dancing, Mexico and was an avid beach lover. Sivert Held a Doctorate in Psychology and was a highly skilled councilor. Dr. Rafter was a U.S. Army veteran, serving as a Medic and Radiology Technician. Dr. Rafter is Survived by His Children: Seth Rafter, Josiah Rafter, Callie Rafter, Madison Rafter, and Ethan Rafter. Along with His Grandchildren: Anezka Alex, Brant Alex, Velia Rafter and two others. Sivert also leaves behind a host of close friends and family. He will truly be missed and loved. Sivert’s Memorial service will be held at 4:00pm, Tuesday, October 01, 2019, at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home.
