Sherrie Lynn Dunson, 43, of Rogers passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 26, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers. She was born on September 23, 1973 in San Diego, California, to Helen Bohaboj Castoral and Joseph LeRoy Castoral. She lived in Nebraska and Bentonville, Arkansas, where she was graduated from high school, and in central Arkansas before moving back to northwest Arkansas. Sherrie adored her two daughters, Destini Hope Castoral and London Avery West. She loved to cook and especially to feed family and friends. She loved being on the beach, watching the sun rise and set, and collecting sea shells and sand dollars. She had an interesting and unique sense of style, which matched her personality. She was a fine friend and one who helped many others through difficult times. She loved music and to “rock out.” Among her hobbies were astrology, gardening and caring for plants, reading, walking and going to the river. Sherrie was preceded in death by her father, Joe. She is survived by her two daughters, Destini and London, her mother, Helen, of Rogers, a sister, Angela Marie Crum of Rogers, two brothers, Michael John Perry of Mount Ida, Arkansas, and Cliff Lane Castoral of Laurel Hill, Florida, her fiancé, Todd Allen Wang of Rogers, and many other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas, at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, May 1. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers gifts may be made to Magdalene Serenity House, www.lovehealsnwa.org.
