Memorial for Lee A. Newsom

Lee A. Newsom, age 88, of Lee's Summitt, Missouri, passed away in his home Thursday, July 26th, 2018. He was born August 13th, 1929 in Poteau, Oklahoma to James and Lillian Newsom. Lee served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. Mr. Newsom was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Mary Newsom (2002), one son, Tommy Newsom, and three brothers. He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Ray Newsom, one son, David Newsom (Donna), his daughter, Gail Rondomanski (Tim), and grandson, Jason Wood. Lee enjoyed traveling and fishing. He also served as a volunteer for the Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale, Arkansas for twelve years. His loving care for others and his beautiful smile will be truly missed. Arrangements have been entrusted to Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
