Mollie Lou Stamps Gonzales, age 81 of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away November 20, 2020. She was born February 10, 1939 in Guymon, Oklahoma to Richard Blythe and Ruth Cawlfield Blythe.
Mollie was a member of the Church of Christ and enjoyed reading, watching westerns, and taking care of her animals. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Vernon Stamps in 1986 and Edward Gonzales in 2012; daughters, Bonnye Denson and Robin Rainey; brothers Clarence Blythe, Donnie Blythe and Dan Blythe; sisters, Cleo Rainey, Mollie’s twin sister Ollie Blythe, and Ellen Blythe; great-grandson, Peyton Metheny.
Mollie is survived by sons, Larry Stamps (LaNelle) of Searcy, Arkansas and Tommy Stamps of Springdale, Arkansas; daughters, Nancy Hill (Wayne) of Claremore, Oklahoma, Barbara Roberts (Terry) of Gravette, Arkansas, Kelley Madewell (Danny) of Springdale, Arkansas; brothers, Clyde Blythe of San Bernardino, California and Fred Blythe (Ruth) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; sisters, Betty Meador of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Mildred Chenault (David) of Butler, Missouri, Bonnie Camp of Goodwell, Oklahoma, and Susan Blythe of Pineville, Missouri; 12 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are set for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Benton County Memorial Park. Arrangements are with Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3800 West Walnut, Rogers.
