Winona (Mammy) Feagin, age 87, of Lowell, Arkansas passed away in Springdale, Arkansas Monday, May 5th, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was born August 8th, 1930 to Roma and Mary Martin in Bald Knob, Arkansas. Winona loved to garden, bird watch, flowers, and pets. She was special to a lot of people. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles Dean Feagin, one son Garry Dean Feagin, one daughter Carlis Jane Richardson, and her beloved pet Mitzi. Winona is survived by her two daughters Barbara Hufford (Jerry) and Terrie Harvey (Larry), two sisters Naoma Herman and Patsy Whittington, seven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. A celebration of life will be held in her honor, Monday, May 14th, 2018, at 2:00 pm at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Rogers, Arkansas.
